چکیده

Eksplorasi cendawan kontaminan pada biji kakao kering perlu dilakukan sebagai bentuk penanganan pascapanen untuk menentukan kualitas kering, mengingat komoditi ini diproses langsung menjadi bahan pangan sehingga seharusnya bebas dari cemaran cendawan. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui jenis yang terdapat dan persentase serangan terhadap di 5 Kecamatan ada Kabupaten Sigi, Sulawesi Tengah. Metode digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu metode stratified random sampling survei menggunakan literatur Pitt and Hocking (2009). Tahapan isolasi media PDA. Hasil diperoleh 27 isolat tahapan terdiri 1 genus 4 spesies yakni Aspergillus flavus, A. restrictus, niger, chevalieri. Tersebar Kulawi sebesar 100%, Selatan Dolo Palolo 88,8%, Pipikoro 70,3%.
